Bloomfield, CT - 6.5% ABV

Back East is a family owned and operated brewery started by two cousins in Bloomfield, CT in 2012. Their winter warmer, Winter Fest, is made with honey and cinnamon, but rather than being sticky-sweet, it's surprisingly super-dry and is most defined by its smoky roasted malt backbone. The honey is locally sourced, and the cinnamon is subdued and well-integrated.

This would be perfect enjoyed next to a campfire.
