Cooperstown, NY - 8.7% ABV

This limited release bottle from upstate NY brewery Ommegang is a golden ale co-fermented with Chardonnay grape juice, and is later matured with oak chips. It has subdued earthy aromas and sweet Belgian flavors of cereal grains and spice. It definitely doesn't drink like it, but this beer is almost 9%!
