Chicago, IL - 7.5% ABV

Goose Island never fails us, especially during the holidays, and this Christmas IPA is no exception.

You can tell from its dark copper color that this is a malt-forward IPA, but it remains true to style by using 6 different hops throughout the process, and dry-hopping with 2020's newest, trendiest hops (Meridian, Atheneum and Cashmere). Subtle stone fruit and wood notes are contrasted by the rich caramel malt backbone.

This beer is definitely complex - Fruity on the nose but piney, bitter, and nutty on the palate. You'll wish you had more of this nicely balanced and dry IPA. Maybe ask Santa!! ;)
