It’s the most wonderful time of the beer and fermentation fans will appreciate the use of the two different types of yeast strains in this unique brew from Broken Symmetry in Bethel, CT. Using sour and farmhouse ale strains, they have birthed a sassy libation that has just the right amount of fruit, malt and tart mouthwatering goodness. Did we mention that the bubbles in the beer were created IN THE CAN from a secondary fermentation typical of saison style beers. So cool! 

Orion’s Belt is a powerhouse of flavor with the delicious trio of apricot, cherry and raspberry. Perfectly balanced, one flavor does not overwhelm the other in a wonderfully pure and dry representation of each fruit. And just like Santa hitting on Mrs. Claus, this beer sure is smooth!
