Made by hand in Boston, every step of the process has been meticulously crafted, right down to the selection of corn, grain, water, yeast, cuts, and barrel selection and even the aging environment by head distiller, Dave Willis. When asked about his process and use of malted grains in his mash bills, Willis says, “While more expensive and trickier to use, they have more flavor and complexity”.
