David Mensch. who owns the boutique bottle shop Spencer & Lynn with locations in downtown Mystic, Noank, and Groton with his wife, Pamela, is not surprised by the trend. There is definitely a market for alcohol-free beverages, he said, and added he is always looking to expand his selection.
While a vast majority of customers still shop for alcohol, Spencer & Lynn also offers alcohol-free beers, wines, ciders, and spirits.
