We have a strong love for Burgundy, both for the cuisine and the wine. There is not much better than Coq au Vin and a glass of Bourgogne Rouge. Since we can not take everyone with us to France to experience this, we are offering the next best thing. Spend a night in Beaune with us, savoring some Burgundian classics and some .....insane wine. This dinner will be at the newly re-opened "The Essex" restaurant at 247 Main Street in Old Saybrook. Our good friend Chef Colt Taylor will be hosting us and to kick off his brand new spot. This is how we are kicking off the Holiday Season, so we plan on doing it right!
