"Next Port" is a new series working in collaboration with The Port of Call. Our first event will be on February 26th and will be centered around the port of Osaka, Japan. Drinking culture in Japan is a delicious mix of traditional influences and an infusion of all cultures they have interacted with over the past millennia. We will explore traditional sake, the new school cocktail culture, and a dive into Japanese Whiskey. Paired with this, Chef Renee Touponce will be melding Japanese techniques with local New England produce from land and sea. Our teams are incredibly excited for this unique event, and we can't wait to see you at our next port.
