This year has been full of projects and events so far, but we never intended to take such an extended break from our friends down at The Essex. We return this summer on July 19th to open a new dinner series down in Old Saybrook. This seasonal series kicks off with a summer focused menu, featuring local produce and inspiration from the surrounding land and sea. Our wine inspiration will flow with the menu but will fall in line with dinner on a Mediterranean beach (Because after all, is that not what the CT shoreline in the summer is all about). Stay tuned for a menu release, as we are excited to get back to these incredibly unique pairing events.
