On Saturday, September 25 at 5pm the Yellow Farmhouse Education Center (a 501c3 in Stonington, CT) is holding its third annual Setting Our Table Dinner.
Yellow Farmhouse provides culinary and farm-based education for all ages that connects people to each other and to where their food comes from. This is a fundraiser for the organization and is an intimate dinner (only 50 guests) that features a culinary theme and local, acclaimed chefs. This year, the focus is on fermentation and is taking place at Trillium Farm in North Stonington.
The five-course meal is being curated by Chef James Wayman from Grass & Bone and Nana’s Bakery in Mystic, executive chefs Tyler Kinnett and Thomas Park from Trillium Brewing Company, fermentation expert Rich Shih, and sommelier and owner of Spencer & Lynn Wine and Spirit Merchants David Mensch.
Guests must be vaccinated or show proof of a negative COVID test.
