Our dinner series with The Essex continues on March 23rd and we will be moving to a new continent. "A Night in Buenos Aires" is the first dinner in our spring series (and ironically will be during the fall season in Argentina) and we plan to showcase the best of this international, and eclectic food scene.
Buenos Aires is one of the youngest cities we have featured, being founded in the 16th century. Native Argentines, Mestizos, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, British and Dutch influences are everywhere, but in the modern era it has truly become an International city. Chef Taylor and myself get a chance to work with classic Parrilla (steakhouse) culture mixed with Korean, Japanese and Italian cuisine. As with all of these dinners, this is a chance for us to experiment and showcase what truly drives us.
