A diversion from our normal wine dinner experiences, we will be hosting Luciano Taliano on October 4th at The Essex. Luciano is the owner and winemaker of Azienda Agricole Montaribaldi. The domaine has 23 hectares spread across Piedmonte, with a majority centered around Barbaresco. The name Montaribaldi refers to the old Roman road that connects many of their vineyard holdings. This dinner will be a celebration of Piedmonte cuisine paired with a lengthy list of their Barbaresco, Barolo, & Barbera. We have limited space so this is being put on sale early, with a menu to be released in September.
