On September 10th, Nana's Mystic will be hosting an event born purely out of our desire to eat and drink for fun. We will be outside on the water to enjoy a variety of Nana's famous pizzas and a large amount of Pétillant-Naturel wines. At this point, we expect that everyone in the area has tried Nana's pizza, but their stand for sustainable agriculture is what brings us together for this event. Our shared values for healthy agriculture are demonstrated in what we sell at Spencer & Lynn and how everything is produced at Nana's Mystic & Westerly.

Pétillant-Naturel (abbreviated as Pet-Nat) is a sparkling wine that is naturally fermented and never disgorged. At this point it is a sparkling style of wine that you can find all over the world, from a multitude of natural winemakers. This category does not have an immense amount of requirements but you will find that almost everyone comes from producers who are farming organically and biodynamically. Not nearly as effervescent as Champagne but completely lacking in sugar Pét-Nats are fun and ridiculously crushable.
