This session blends practical instruction with the stories behind the drinks. Anthony will walk you through what to use, why it matters, and how to execute each cocktail with confidence, from building heat and balance to getting the finish just right. Join us on July 20th at Saltwater Farms for a singular summer celebration. S.A.L.T stands for Sea, Air, Land, Tasting. This tasting event will feature 50 wines (including special selections from Saltwater Vineyards) that are all made from coastal vineyards. A celebration of summer with wines that were made by the water to be enjoyed by the water.
There will be live music, food for sale, and open picnicking space out in the vineyard. We love collaborations with local partners and have been keeping this one close to the vest for a while. See you this Summer!
