We deliver promptly to the following states: AK, CA, CT, FL, ID, LA, NE, NV, NH, NM, ND, OR, VA, WV, and WY. Standard shipping typically takes 4 to 7 business days. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $300! Please note that packages are sent uninsured. For security, please ship to a safe location, as Spencer & Lynn is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivered. Someone 21 years or older must be present to receive deliveries that include wine or spirits.

• Transit: UPS Ground, usually 4 to 7 business days. Faster UPS services are offered at checkout.
• Cost: live UPS rates, shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This email includes a tracking number and link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment. Be sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive tracking updates. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

We ship through UPS, with rates calculated live at checkout based on discounted rates. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Spencer & Lynn is not responsible for packages once delivered, whether left at your address or in your mailbox.

Orders are processed at our distribution center in Mystic, Connecticut, typically within 3 business days. During holidays or sales periods, processing times may extend slightly. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email.

All sales are final on clearance items. These purchases are ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges and are not included in store-wide sales or promotions.

Convenient Local Delivery in Connecticut!

We proudly offer local delivery to our customers in the Mystic area and surrounding towns within 10 miles of the shop. Delivery is $10, and free on orders over $75. Orders placed before 3 PM are usually delivered the same day, depending on driver availability.
