Tasting Notes:
Amatiteña Blanco is a pure, terroir-driven tequila crafted from fully mature blue weber agave grown in the volcanic soils of Amatitán. The nose opens with fresh-cut agave, lime zest, and hints of white pepper and anise. On the palate, it is crisp and vibrant, showcasing sweet roasted agave, herbal tones, citrus, and a touch of minerality. The finish is clean, peppery, and lightly earthy, making it a benchmark example of valley-style tequila.

About the Producer:
Amatiteña is produced in the heart of Amatitán, a town synonymous with tequila tradition. Crafted by Tequila Amatiteña at NOM 1599, the distillery honors artisanal practices: slow-cooking agaves in stone ovens, tahona milling, natural open-air fermentation in wooden vats, and double distillation in copper pot stills. With no additives, this blanco captures the essence of its volcanic terroir and the bright, green-herbal character of valley-grown agave.
