Tasting Notes:
Blade & Bow is a tribute to the historic Stitzel-Weller Distillery, using a unique solera aging process that preserves some of the last remaining stocks of the distillery’s legendary bourbon. Aromas of dried apricot, baked apple, and vanilla lead into a palate of caramel, warm baking spice, and toasted oak. Subtle hints of honey and stone fruit give way to a smooth, lingering finish of spice and gentle sweetness. Balanced and approachable, it captures both heritage and modern craftsmanship, making it a versatile bourbon for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in classic cocktails.

About the Producer:
The Blade & Bow name honors the five keys that once hung on the door of the Stitzel-Weller Distillery in Louisville, representing the five stages of bourbon making: grains, yeast, fermentation, distillation, and aging. Today, Blade & Bow continues that tradition under Diageo, blending history with innovation. While the Stitzel-Weller Distillery is no longer producing in full, its legacy lives on through Blade & Bow, a bourbon crafted to honor one of Kentucky’s most storied houses of whiskey.
