Tasting Note:
Plymouth is the “smooth operator” gin: juniper is present but not shouty, and the profile leans round, gently earthy, and citrus-lit. Expect soft pine and lemon-orange peel up front, then coriander warmth, cardamom spice, and a subtle rooty, slightly creamy depth from angelica and orris. The finish is clean, lightly peppery, and insanely mixable. 

How to use it:
A go-to for a Martini (clean + classic), excellent in a Gimlet, and super dependable in a Gin & Tonic when you want balance instead of aggressive juniper.
