Canne Bleue is agricole with the brightness turned all the way up. It’s intensely aromatic: fresh cane, lime zest, lemongrass, white flowers, and a clean mineral edge, with a peppery snap on the finish. It’s not sweet, it’s not neutral, and it’s not trying to be “smooth” in the vodka sense. This is raw ingredient spirit, crisp and electric, built for citrus.
How to use it:
The obvious move is a Ti’ Punch (lime coin + cane syrup), but it’s also unreal in a Daiquiri where you want the lime to pop and the rum to taste like actual cane. Great with soda as a highball too.
