Tasting Note:
Clément VSOP is a perfect bridge between cane and cask. You get that agricole “green” signature (fresh cane, lime peel, grassy herbs) wrapped in a smooth layer of oak: vanilla bean, toasted coconut, baking spice, and a little cocoa. The palate is medium-bodied and silky, finishing dry and gently peppery with a savory, woodsy echo. It’s an easy sipper, but it still has enough structure to feel serious.

How to use it:
Excellent neat or over one big cube. Also a killer upgrade in stirred drinks: a Ti’ Punch Old Fashioned riff, a rum Manhattan variant, or anywhere you’d normally reach for bourbon but want something more aromatic and tropical.
