Tasting Note:
Rum Fire is pure Hampden chaos in the best possible way. It hits with a blast of overripe banana, pineapple, mango skin, gluey funk, citrus oils, and black pepper, then finishes bone-dry and insanely aromatic. It’s not meant to be subtle. Think of it as a rum “seasoning” that can transform a cocktail with a tiny pour, or a full-send bottle for true funk lovers.

How to use it:
A little goes a long way. Try ¼–½ oz as a float or split base in a Daiquiri, Mai Tai, or Rum Old Fashioned to add high-ester lift. If you’re going full Rum Fire Daiquiri, keep it tight: fresh lime, a clean simple syrup, and plenty of ice. Also amazing with grapefruit in a riff on a Wray & Ting style highball.
