Tasting Note:
The Héritage Blanc de Meunier embodies the soulful, mineral-rich character of Cuisles’ unique green clay terroir. Aromas of baked pear, Mirabelle plum, and toasted hazelnut unfold into a silky, vinous palate laced with chalky minerality and fine tension. The mousse is refined, the balance seamless—both generous and taut, with a finish that hums with saline energy. A profound expression of Meunier that pairs beautifully with mushroom risotto, roasted poultry, or aged cheeses.

About the Producer:
The Heucq family has been growing grapes in Cuisles since the 1930s, where the rare green clay soils lend an unmistakable depth to Pinot Meunier. Today, under the direction of Alexandre Heucq, the domaine is certified biodynamic and produces Champagnes that are equal parts precision and emotion. Each cuvée ferments with native yeasts and spends extended time on lees, revealing Champagne of true terroir expression. Héritage—named to honor the family legacy—is a Blanc de Meunier of depth, purity, and quiet power.
