Tasting Note:
The Rive Gauche Brut presents a golden hue with fine effervescence. On the nose, it offers aromas of peach, quince, roasted almond, acacia flowers, and hawthorn. The palate is fruity and floral, showcasing an intense clay minerality accompanied by notes of fleshy fruits. The wine is medium to full-bodied, ripe, and fully dry, with a frothy mousse and a light brothy savoriness leading to a grapefruit-tinged finish.
