Tasting Note:
BBF—short for Blanc de Blancs en Foudre—is Tissot’s beautifully textured and intensely mineral Crémant, made entirely from Chardonnay and vinified in large oak casks. Bone-dry and structured, it offers aromas of crisp orchard fruit, toasted hazelnut, lemon peel, and chalk. The foudre aging lends gentle roundness without oakiness, while long lees contact gives depth and fine, persistent bubbles. Focused, serious, and deeply Jura in soul, this is grower fizz with gravitas and grace.

About the Producer:
Stéphane and Bénédicte Tissot are leaders in biodynamic viticulture in the Jura, crafting wines that are both deeply rooted in tradition and alive with experimentation. From oxidative whites to precise sparkling wines, every bottling reflects a dedication to terroir and purity. BBF is a prime example—no makeup, no compromise, just crystalline Chardonnay from limestone soils, given time and space to express itself naturally.
