About the Producer:
Clovis is made by Rémi Pouizin, an organic and biodynamic grower based in Visan, in the northernmost stretch of the Southern Rhône. The idea is simple and very intentional: source great local fruit, ferment with native yeasts, avoid oak, and use gentle extraction so the wine stays fresh, fruit-driven, and food-first. It’s Rhône red with restraint and charm, built for real-life dinners.
