Cyril et Eliott Cuche’s “Blouge” is a bright, chillable red that sits somewhere between rosé and light red wine. It is juicy and lifted, with strawberry, raspberry, blood orange, violet, savory herbs, and a fresh mineral edge. Light-bodied, low in tannin, and deeply drinkable, with just enough structure to feel more serious than simple glou-glou.

About the Producer:
Cyril Cuche works at Domaine Puech Redon in the Gard, a large polycultural estate farmed organically with a strong focus on biodiversity. His nephew Eliott has joined him at the domaine, and together they make fresh, natural-leaning wines built around Cinsault, Grenache, and southern French drinkability. “Blouge” shows their playful side: part blanc, part rouge, part rosé, and all refreshment.
