Tasting Note:
Domaine Collin’s Crémant de Limoux “Tradition” is a beautifully balanced sparkling wine that combines freshness with subtle richness. Green apple, ripe pear, lemon zest, white flowers, toasted almond, and delicate brioche notes lead into a lively, finely textured palate. Chardonnay provides elegance and structure, Chenin Blanc adds freshness, and Mauzac contributes gentle orchard-fruit character. Fine bubbles and bright acidity carry through a clean, mineral finish. An excellent alternative to Champagne, equally suited to aperitifs and the dinner table.

About the Producer:
Domaine Collin was founded in 1980 by Philippe Collin, whose family has deep roots in Champagne. Drawn to Limoux’s cooler climate and limestone-rich vineyards, Philippe established the estate with a focus on traditional-method sparkling wines. Located in the foothills of the Pyrenees, Limoux has a long history of sparkling-wine production, predating Champagne’s rise to prominence. Domaine Collin combines that regional heritage with Champagne-inspired techniques, producing elegant, carefully made Crémants that offer exceptional quality and value.
