About this bottle

Tasting Notes:
Domaine Pélaquié’s Tavel is a generous, textured rosé with ripe red berries, floral aromas, and Mediterranean herb notes. The palate is rounded and substantial, carrying its fruit through a long, savory finish. This is rosé with enough presence for a proper meal, particularly roast chicken, grilled fish, or a bubbling vegetable gratin. Serve chilled, but give it a little time in the glass to show its fuller character.

About the Producer:
Domaine Pélaquié is a family estate in Saint-Victor-la-Coste, with winegrowing roots dating to the 16th century. Luc Pélaquié took over from his grandfather in 1976, modernizing the winery while maintaining the family’s focus on the southern Rhône. The estate practices HVE-certified sustainable farming across its holdings in Tavel, Lirac, Laudun, and the surrounding area. Its Tavel comes from stony limestone slopes, expressing the appellation’s tradition of generous, food-friendly rosé.
