Tasting Note:
The Blanc de Blancs Brut Grand Cru is quintessential Côte des Blancs Champagne—precise, chalky, and effortlessly elegant. Aromas of lemon zest, white peach, and brioche introduce a palate that’s bright yet creamy, layering citrus and orchard fruit with notes of almond and crushed stone. The mousse is fine, the acidity perfectly balanced, and the finish long, saline, and refreshing. This is classic grower Champagne at its most refined—pure, mineral, and quietly luxurious. Enjoy with oysters, gougères, or poached halibut.

About the Producer:
Based in Avize, Franck Bonville is a family estate now in the hands of third-generation winemaker Olivier Bonville. The domaine farms 15 hectares of Chardonnay vines in Avize, Oger, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger—three of Champagne’s most revered Grand Cru villages. The wines are vinified parcel by parcel to preserve the nuance of each terroir, combining chalky intensity with generosity of fruit. The Blanc de Blancs Brut Grand Cru serves as the estate’s signature cuvée: elegant, consistent, and unmistakably Côte des Blancs in its purity and poise.
