Tasting Note:
Bright, savory Loire rouge with lift and crunch. Juicy red and blue berries (raspberry, cherry, blueberry) are laced with pepper, gentle herbal tones, and a whisper of menthol. Silky tannins and lively acidity keep it glou-glou yet purposeful, finishing with a stony, saline snap. Serve slightly chilled for maximum refreshment.

About the Producer:
Former sommelier Jean-Christophe Garnier farms ~10 hectares around Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay and Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné. From the beginning he’s worked certified organic, fermenting with native yeasts and using little to no added SO₂ to bottle vibrant, terroir-true Loire wines.
