Pale straw with green-gold highlights. The nose opens to lemon oil, white peach and honeysuckle, layered over a hint of toasted almond and wet stone. On the palate, brisk citrus zest, green apple and poached pear are balanced by subtle lees-creaminess and saline minerality, finishing bone-dry, precise and lingering with chalky tension.

Food Pairings

Pan-seared scallops • Creamy risotto with spring vegetables • Goat-cheese tart • Roast chicken with lemon and herbs • Fresh oyster platter
