Tasting Notes:
Siembra Azul Highlands Blanco is a crisp, agave-forward tequila made in the red-clay highlands of Jalisco. The nose bursts with cooked agave, lime zest, fresh herbs, and white pepper. On the palate, it’s bright and silky, delivering flavors of sweet agave, tropical fruit, citrus, and a hint of minerality. The finish is clean and lingering, with subtle spice and floral notes. Unaged and additive-free, this blanco showcases the purity and elegance of Los Altos terroir.

About the Producer:
Founded by David Suro, Siembra Spirits is dedicated to preserving traditional tequila-making and highlighting the nuances of different terroirs. The Highlands (Alteño) expression is produced at Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados in Arandas, a family-run distillery known for meticulous, hands-on production. Estate-grown agaves are slow-cooked in brick ovens, crushed with a roller mill, naturally fermented in open-air tanks, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. The result is a vibrant and authentic highlands tequila with a strong sense of place.
