Tasting Notes:
Siete Leguas Añejo is an elegant, slow-aged tequila matured for 24 months in American oak barrels. It opens with aromas of caramelized agave, vanilla, and baking spice, followed by notes of toasted almond, orange zest, and dried fruit. The palate is velvety and rich, with flavors of honeyed agave, dark chocolate, cinnamon, and oak-char depth. The finish is long, smooth, and warming, with a perfect balance between barrel influence and bright agave character.

About the Producer:
Siete Leguas is one of Mexico’s most respected, family-owned tequila producers, crafting spirits with integrity since the 1950s. Based in Atotonilco El Alto in the highlands of Jalisco, they are known for their meticulous production methods, including the use of stone tahona milling, natural fermentation, and small copper pot still distillation. Every bottle is made entirely in-house from estate-grown agave. The Añejo showcases their commitment to patience, balance, and true highland tequila craftsmanship.
