4 Kilos Vinícola was founded in 2006 by Francesc Grimalt and Sergio Caballero with the goal of elevating native Mallorcan varieties through low-intervention winemaking and sustainable farming. The name “4 Kilos” refers to the founders’ initial investment (4 million pesetas), a nod to their humble beginnings and commitment to craft over scale. Their wines are vibrant, expressive, and deeply rooted in the terroir of the Balearic Islands.
