Tasting Note:
The 2024 Zacinta Revi is a fresh, energetic white that embodies Ficomontanino’s natural winemaking ethos. Bright aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and chamomile mingle with hints of wild herbs and white flowers. The palate is crisp and linear, showing citrus and orchard fruit flavors lifted by saline minerality and a gentle herbal edge. A touch of lees adds texture, while the finish is clean and zippy, leaving notes of citrus peel and stone. Vibrant, pure, and effortlessly drinkable, this wine captures Tuscany’s sunny freshness in a lively, natural style.

About the Producer:
Ficomontanino is a small organic and biodynamic farm in Chiusi, Tuscany, led by Nicolò Parrini. Dedicated to sustainable agriculture and minimal intervention winemaking, the estate focuses on expressing terroir through native grapes and honest farming. Parrini’s wines are vibrant, soulful, and full of character, representing a new wave of Tuscan growers producing authentic wines outside the classic DOC/DOCG frameworks.
