Tasting Note:
Fio “Piu Piu” is cloudy, fizzy, bright, and beautifully Riesling-driven, with green apple, lemon, lime zest, white peach, salty slate, and a little yeasty texture. It is playful and natural in feel, but still has real Mosel freshness and mineral snap. Serve well chilled.

About the Producer:
Fio Wines is a Mosel project from Philipp Kettern and Dirk Niepoort, focused on old vines, steep slate vineyards, spontaneous fermentations, and low-intervention cellar work. The wines are energetic, textural, and a little wild, while still showing the precision and electricity that make Mosel Riesling so special.
