Tasting Note:
A soulful, high-altitude Nebbiolo that hums with mineral tension. Aromas of wild strawberry, rose, and blood orange meet iron, crushed stone, and faint herbs. The palate is taut and focused—silky red fruit framed by fine, mouth-coating tannins and a cool volcanic edge. Weightless yet persistent, it’s a thrilling contrast of delicacy and depth. Serve with duck, roasted game bird, or mushroom risotto.
About the Producer:
Founded by Federico Zuliani in the heart of Alto Piemonte, Noah is among the new voices redefining the region’s volcanic reds. Working small organic parcels across Bramaterra, Lessona, and Coste della Sesia, Zuliani favors native fermentations, minimal extraction, and long, gentle aging in large neutral wood. His wines channel the energy of the region’s iron-rich volcanic soils—expressive, aromatic Nebbiolos of clarity, grip, and unmistakable northern poise. Salerocaptures that balance perfectly: lifted aromatics, fine tannins, and pure volcanic drive.
