Tasting Note:
Crisp, lightly cloudy, and wildly refreshing. Lemon zest, green apple, and quince meet wildflower honey, sea spray, and a chalky snap. Fine, lively bead and a bone-dry, zippy finish. Beach, picnic, pizza—done.
