Tasting Note:
Zesty, saline Sicilian white with a subtle skins-kissed texture. Lemon zest, green pear, and chamomile meet fennel, almond, and a chalky, sea-spray finish. Concrete aging keeps it pure and savory—bright acidity, lightly grippy phenolics, and a clean, mouthwatering close. Pour with grilled swordfish, tomato-anchovy pasta, fritto misto, or caprese.

About the Producer:
Sisters Marilina & Federica Paternò farm organically in Sicily’s southeast, working mostly with native grapes and concrete tanks to keep fruit and place front-and-center. The Sikelé line is their no-makeup, everyday-table snapshot: native ferments, low sulfur, and limestone clarity.
