Tasting Notes

Opaque garnet in the glass. The bouquet opens with black cherry, brambly raspberry and dried thyme, leading into cracked pepper, baking spice and a hint of dark cocoa. On the palate, ripe boysenberry and plum meld with savory herb notes and balanced acidity. Polished yet present tannins carry into a long, slightly peppery finish that lingers with a subtle mineral edge.
