Tasting Note:
Brand’s “Haus Weiss” is a bright, inviting white with green apple, ripe pear, lime, and white flowers. Pinot Blanc brings generous orchard fruit, while Silvaner adds a lightly spicy, savory edge. Fresh acidity keeps the palate lively, carrying the fruit into a clean, stony finish. Easygoing without feeling simple, this is a useful liter to keep in the fridge for roast chicken, fried fish, or a vegetable tart.

About the Producer:
Daniel and Jonas Brand are fifth-generation winegrowers in Bockenheim, at the northern end of Germany’s Pfalz. Making natural wines since 2014, the brothers focus on organic farming, healthy soils, and biodiversity, encouraging wild herbs and clover between the vines. In the cellar, fermentations begin with native yeasts, and the wines spend time on their lees before bottling. “Haus Weiss” brings that thoughtful approach to an everyday white: fresh, expressive, and made for the dinner table.
