Tasting Note:
Fresh, feather-light, and irresistibly drinkable, Bisson’s Glera Frizzante is a crown-capped sparkler that captures the joy of everyday Italian bubbles—without the sweetness. Bone-dry and zippy, the 2024 vintage shows delicate notes of green apple, lemon zest, white flowers, and a hint of almond. Soft, persistent bubbles and crisp acidity make it an ideal aperitivo or brunch companion. Uncomplicated in the best way—clean, pure, and meant to be chilled and shared.

Food Pairings:
Perfect with olives, marinated anchovies, light pastas, or prosciutto and melon. Also great with seafood risotto or fried snacks.

About the Producer:
Pierluigi Lugano, a former art teacher and passionate Ligurian vigneron, founded Bisson to highlight traditional, terroir-driven wines from Liguria. Though best known for his coastal whites, Lugano also crafts this dry Glera frizzante from fruit sourced in the Veneto, offering an artisanal alternative to mass-market Prosecco. Bottled with a crown cap, it’s a nod to Italian café culture—effortless, lively, and full of charm.
