Tasting Note:
Arancino 2023 is a vibrant and expressive skin-contact Catarratto that balances rustic charm with coastal freshness. A hazy amber hue in the glass, it opens with aromas of orange peel, dried apricot, chamomile, and a touch of almond skin. On the palate, it’s textured and zesty, with subtle tannins, citrusy acidity, and a clean, savory finish. A delightfully unfussy yet thoughtfully made orange wine—lively, approachable, and bursting with Sicilian sunshine.

Food Pairings:
Perfect with roasted squash, spiced couscous, grilled octopus, or salty cheeses. Also great with North African or Middle Eastern dishes featuring harissa, preserved lemon, or herbs.

About the Producer:

Located in the hills outside Marsala, the winery focuses on native varietals and sustainable farming, with a growing reputation for fun, expressive bottlings like Arancino—their take on the everyday orange wine: easy-drinking, full of character, and unmistakably Sicilian.
