Tasting Note:
“Suisogni” (“on your dreams”) is a featherweight Tuscan red with soul and energy—wild, pure, and incredibly drinkable. Made from biodynamically farmed Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo, it shows vivid red berry fruit, sour cherry, and crushed herbs, with a whisper of earth and floral lift. Light in body, gently tannic, and low in alcohol, it drinks like a memory of summer evenings—vibrant, raw, and refreshingly unpolished. Best served slightly chilled and enjoyed with good company.

Food Pairings:
Perfect with salumi, grilled vegetables, tomato-based pastas, or pecorino cheese. Also lovely with roast chicken, lentil stew, or rustic bread and olive oil.
