Tasting Note:
Château Beauregard-Mirouze’s 2023 “Rouze” is a vibrant, easygoing red that captures the brighter side of the Languedoc. Juicy raspberry, wild strawberry, red cherry, violet, and cracked pepper meet subtle Mediterranean herbs and earthy spice. Light-bodied and energetic, with gentle tannins, lively acidity, and a fresh, savory finish. Serve slightly chilled with charcuterie, grilled vegetables, roast chicken, or a good pizza.

About the Producer:
Château Beauregard-Mirouze is a family estate in the Corbières, nestled within the Fontfroide massif near Narbonne. Nicolas and Karine Mirouze farm organically and biodynamically, emphasizing biodiversity and the preservation of their surrounding Mediterranean landscape. Their wines favor freshness, purity, and minimal intervention over extraction and heavy oak. “Rouze” reflects the domaine’s more playful side, offering an aromatic, approachable expression of southern French red grapes.
