Tasting Note:
Kobal “Bajta” Blaufränkisch Pet-Nat is bright, fizzy, cloudy, and wildly refreshing. Expect strawberry, raspberry, cranberry, pink grapefruit, a little yeasty creaminess, and a crisp, lightly bitter finish. Chill it well, do not shake, and pour it with snacks, sunshine, and zero overthinking.

About the Producer:
Kobal Wines comes from Haloze in Slovenia’s Štajerska region, an old wine-growing area known for steep hillsides, cool nights, and lively, aromatic wines. Winemaker Bojan Kobal focuses on fresh, expressive bottlings, with the Bajta line leaning more natural, cloudy, wild-fermented, and pét-nat driven.
