Tasting Note:
Marie de Louvoy Carte Noire is a dry, mineral-driven Crémant de Bourgogne made from Pinot Noir. It shows tart red fruit, lemon, grapefruit, brioche, almond, chalk, and a clean saline finish. Bright, firm, and Champagne-adjacent in feel, but with Burgundy’s red-fruited Pinot Noir character.
