Rooted in centuries of tradition and wild agave expression, our Mezcal collection is a celebration of place, process, and people. From the high-altitude valleys of Oaxaca to the rugged terrain of Guerrero, these spirits reflect the diversity of Mexico’s landscapes and the craftsmanship of its communities.

We focus on small-batch producers and family-run palenques that use ancestral methods: earth pit roasting, tahona crushing, spontaneous fermentation, and copper or clay stills. You’ll find everything from the familiar Espadín to rarer wild varietals like Tobalá, Cuishe, Tepeztate, and Madrecuixe — each bottling with its own story, its own soul.
