Tasting Note:
The 2023 Bel Air et Clardys is a benchmark de Moor bottling: crystalline, mineral, and intensely terroir-driven. Aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and white flowers are accented by chalk, oyster shell, and a faint herbal lift. The palate is precise and electric, with citrus and orchard fruit framed by racy acidity and saline drive. Lees aging adds gentle texture, balancing tension with depth. A luminous, age-worthy Chablis that epitomizes the domaine’s pure, natural style.

About the Producer:
Alice and Olivier de Moor are among Chablis’ most admired natural growers, farming small, high-elevation vineyards in Courgis. Certified organic and low-intervention in the cellar, their wines are prized for their clarity, energy, and transparent expression of Kimmeridgian limestone. Bel Air et Clardys is one of their flagship cuvées, marrying power and finesse.
