Tasting Note:
Razor-clean Chablis with green apple, lemon zest, oyster shell, and white flowers. Silky mid-palate, long saline finish, and that classic fossil-chalk snap. Aperitif to shellfish to roast chicken—done.

About the Producer:
Domaine Moreau-Naudet is one of Chablis’s quiet standards for purity and depth. After the untimely passing of Stéphane Moreau, the estate was carried forward by Virginie Moreau and the longtime cellar/vineyard team, who have kept the precise, mineral-first style intact. Farming is thoughtful and low-input across a mosaic of Kimmeridgian parcels, with hand harvests timed for ripeness without excess. In the cellar it’s all patience and restraint: native-yeast fermentations, extended lees aging in stainless steel and large neutral wood, minimal bâtonnage, and minimal new oak.
